Welcome to Starlight Enterprise LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure user experience. This Privacy Policy governs the data collection, storage, and privacy practices for all mobile applications developed by Starlight Enterprise LLC, with specific provisions detailed herein for our flagship application, Starlight Chat & Studio Pro.
1. DATA COLLECTION AND USE
A. Local Core Utilities
The majority of software applications published under our enterprise catalog operate as 100% offline, local utilities. For these applications, all data generation, file management, and tool configurations are processed and stored exclusively on your local device's secure sandboxed storage. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal data from these local utilities with third parties.
B. Starlight Chat & Studio Pro
To provide the advanced AI generation and layout features within Starlight Chat & Studio Pro, certain data transmissions are required:
- AI Processing Data: Text prompts, inputs, and layout commands entered into the application are transmitted securely via encrypted pathways to our cloud processing infrastructure to compute and generate your AI responses. This data is handled programmatically and is not used to train public machine learning models.
- Transactional Data: Purchase validation, renewal status, and subscription management for our $14.99/month unlimited computing tier are processed entirely through Apple’s secure StoreKit framework. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information or financial credentials.
2. MEDIA AND DEVICE PERMISSIONS
Our applications may request native iOS system permissions to access specific hardware features (such as the camera, microphone, or photo library) to capture or import your marketing and studio media assets.
- These assets are processed strictly within the app workspace.
- We do not upload, harvest, or store your private images, videos, or audio recordings on external servers without your explicit, real-time command.
3. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols to protect data during active transmission for our cloud-connected AI features. Because your safety is our priority, data processed locally remains entirely under your control on your physical hardware. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information, usage metrics, or generated content to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our applications do not integrate third-party data-tracking SDKs or programmatic advertising frameworks. Any cloud interactions are strictly limited to the secure APIs necessary to fulfill your direct layout generation requests and compute your ongoing AI tokens.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our applications do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has inadvertently transmitted data through our services, please contact us immediately so we can take swift corrective action.

End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement) is a binding legal agreement between you (the "User") and Starlight Enterprise System LLC ("Company") governing your use of this mobile application (the
"Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Application.
1. License Grant
Starlight Enterprise System LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the rules of the Apple App Store.
2. Scope of License & Restrictions
You may not: (a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application; (b) copy or modify the Application, any update, or any part thereof; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application; or (d) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark).
Any use of the Application in violation of this section is strictly prohibited and may immediately terminate the license granted under this Agreement.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
The Application offers a single auto-renewable subscription, "Starlight Premium." Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Prices are shown at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
4. Intellectual Property
The Application, including all content, features, and functionality (excluding content you provide), is and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use the Company's name, logos, or trademarks.
5. User Conduct and Content
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You are solely responsible for any content you create, submit, or generate through the Application and for your use of any output it produces. 6. Third-Party Services
The Application may display, include, or make available content or services from third parties. The Company does not endorse and is not responsible for any third-party content or services, and your use of them may be subject to additional terms.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Company. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your device.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INF
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APPLICATION.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Application or your violation of this Agreement.
11. Changes to This Agreement
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Application after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
13. Acknowledgement Regarding Apple
This Agreement is concluded between you and the Company only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Company, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and its content.
Apple has no obligation to turnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Application.
Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, any claims relating to the Application, or any claim that acceptance of the revised Agreement.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
13. Acknowledgement Regarding Apple
This Agreement is concluded between you and the Company only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Company, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and its content.
Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Application.
Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, any claims relating to the Application, or any claim that the Application fails to contorm to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
